Another chapter filled with emotions, continuing the content from the previous one (chapter 35).

Once again, I totally loved all pages without dialogues, focused only on face expressions and timid, yet clear general exposition of what was happening in the premise. It's hard to grasp so many different emotions and put them on paper in a comicbook format, and end up with something looking believable and polished from technical point of view. That's why I'm always impressed after seeing how skilled and talented Oshimi-sensei is as a mangaka.

I'm wondering, what is going to happen from now on? Will Yohei continue going beyond his gender, alongside Kei, or perhaps something will occur and interrupt his change in a significant way? Will we be witnesses to their journey, or will that journey take another course? I'm rooting for Yoh and Kei, but also knowing the way Oshimi-sensei's storytelling is, not everything might go as we think it will. What's more, I don't think this series has reached its climax. Not yet. It's definitely not the final bit of the final story arc.

Isn't it over with this chapter?
Funny end imo 'Your heart hurts? Grow a D' (kidding I understand genitals don't mater to the 2, but quite a brutal answer for a boys liking girl, not that I care as she's a douche).
Didn't understand what the appeal of this Manga was and what was Oshimi's goal... Talking about something important to him, okay, but we knew already he was concerned by identity. Alice feels like a first manga (if you exclude the drawings), not something done by a famous mangaka that already explored such themes... I may be wrong, I'm sure people have reasons to like it, that Osbimi's fans find it really apart from the rest/new, but I don't get it. To me other mangas are better for explaining what is transexuality or non-binary people (Genshiken second season for instance, even if not as psychological/drama toned as Oshimi's works).

Holy shit Oshimi cooks a whole NOTHING with this manga. "You can stop being a man or a woman." Thanks! All trauma healed!! These kids been going through some terrible things, consider their age. I don't expect something so realastic but this is way too stupid. Still curious about where it is going tho :P

One of the most consistent works of Oshimi. Only four chapters left of this thing, it it stays at this level - it's top three in his catalogue for me.
