and aparently can take anyone in a fight, Tsunade, Jiraia, Naruto,Yamato,Kakashi and the fuckyng kyubi

You're exaggerating his battle record which isn't even that impressive or unrealistic for God's sake:

1). He did well against Tsunade since he also specialized in medical ninjutsu, which he used against hers. Plus he knew that blood was her weakness, so he exploited it.
2). He never fought Jiraiya one-on-one himself so I don't know why you listed Jiraiya. And no, him using his own blood to summon snakes via Orochimaru's summoning tattoo doesn't count.
3). He fought a pre-timeskip Naruto and landed a few hits, and somehow you think this is unrealistic? Kabuto, who was said to be at least on Kakashi's level?
4). He managed to capture Yamato using a sneak attack that Yamato wasn't expecting. Capturing someone =/= beating them, so there's no problem there.
5). He had a quick run-in with Kakashi and had to flee using trickery once his plan to kidnap Sasuke failed. It wasn't even much of a fight, and it was left unresolved anyway.
6). He survived a Kyuubi chakra cloak aura attack from Naruto at Tenchi Bridge using his healing skills to reduce the damage. He did this before pre-timeskip when he survived Naruto's Rasengan though, so that was already an established skill of Kabuto's.

Btw I didn't consider any potential filler battles or scenes that the anime added since I simply don't remember them as much as the manga material, so someone can educate me on that if I missed something.
