| I don't really like Sakura too due to how useless she was in several important moments and how she behaved. Still better than that talking machine Obito, my god he was so talkative and went flashback sooo many times, I've lost count how many times I've seen the same Rin scenes. |

She grows out of that snobbiness in Shippuden, but continues to pretend to be on the same level as naruto and sasuke despite clearly not being so. Herein is my main reason for hating her: she is literally useless and unnecessary for the progress of this show: she clearly has no place with our deuteragonists, yet that’s the only place she tries to be. For example, it is clear that hinata is not the strongest and not even on neji’s level. Yet she doesn’t try to be him. Her arc is based around being the best she can be, even though she knows she won’t become special like that. Sakura, on the other hand, does everything to catch up to naruto and sasuke. Both naruto and Sakura trained under jiraya and tsunade, respectively, because they couldn’t make sasuke stay. They had the same motivation, yet throughout the whole story Sakura never becomes a person that can make Sasuke stay. That was naruto’s job. So what was the purpose of Sakura even being there if that was the case? To be a whiny bitch? |
