It's like if we got a new Hololive "Idol" designed by Koyama or even Takeuchi. ...now I'm actually afraid Takeuchi would completely bankrupt Type-moon if a Saberface vTuber ever came into existence. |

| No no, more than anything I'm shocked the game will continue after the main story is over. Is that what happens? I've never experience the "end" of a game before. I mean, esp FGO. Like the majority of the interest is in the main story or occasionally very good events(that relate to the main story anyway). If it keeps going after the main story is over then it'll be more like this weird zombie. And would a collab even be worth it at that point? |

| Once in an interview, Nasu claimed he's preparing a script for 2 routes of what Part 3 is going to be about and that what route the game ends up taking will depend on some mass player choice at the end of Part 2. Route A was continuing Chaldea's story, Route B was starting a new story altogether. But he hasn't mentioned or said anything about that since that interview like 2 years ago so god knows if he's changed his mind or not. At the very least, Nasu won't really be involved in a potential Part 3 as much. Directortard recently claimed they're thinking of adding PvP mode to FGO, so I guess his solution to what happens after FGO Main Story ends is to try and turn it into e-sports faggotry the way Epic Seven functions. (Though lmao, nobody is gonna like that, which funnily enough he acknowledges in the interview). So their solution to what they're replacing the Main Story with is either A) Part 3 but without Nasu's involvement, so more like a continual EoR maybe, or B) fucking PVP. The best solution would be C, which is just ending the current game client and creating a new Fate gatcha that isn't an outdated, glorified flash game. Esp since FGO is coded like absolute dogshit and takes longer to implement things into it than it humanely should. That said, DW is incompetent as fuck so I wouldn't expect route C to happen. Although funnily enough, Nasu recently said he wants Tsukihime 2 to be an Open World RPG and we know he's been playing Genshin from a prior interview. He really does whimsically get inspired by every other thing. All in all, they've said a lot of things about where they wanna take the game but nothing has ever been clarified since the general management for this game is schizophrenic and they don't really know what they wanna do with it after Part 2. |

| Chances are, the main story won't be over, it just won't be supervised by Nasu anymore. What I personally see happening is that Nasu will leave the writing team with an outline for Part 3 for them to flesh out and just extend the life of the game as long as Aniplex sees profit still pouring from the game. I can also see them teasing a Nasu-written event at some point to keep people excited, but that will be all, as far as Nasu is concerned. |
