| What a ride lol I regret not watching this sooner. It's been on my list for a while now but I kept putting it off until now. That last fight with Josepsh and Kars was awesome! Love how the first OP came back for it. And I love how we get to see what happened to everyone after they defeated the pillar men. It is really sad to see Erina passed away though :'( Seeing Joseph turn into an old man after the time jump was sad too. I wasn't expecting that big of a time jump! And that teaser at the end! I NEED the second season. I've got some questions though. Erina took the coffin for herself, so it's a bit weird that they dredged it up. What was it doing in the middle of the ocean if Erina took it? But also we got our first look at Jotaro, the one JoJo character that I knew before watching (I didn't realize there were multiple of them lol). Really excited to see more of him! I need to see where this goes! Really hope we get to see more of Joseph too! Also little side note, I find it kind of funny that Stroheim survived multiple encounters with vampires, got his insides and body replaced with machinery... Only to die in 1943 in Stalingrad lmao Overall, I give this first season an 8 or 9 out of 10, haven't decided, but it's somewhere around there for me! Edit: I just realized, Speedwagon never had kids, so is that the last we'll see of his bloodline? :( |

| Finished Part 2 of JJBA. Personally, I loved it more than the previous part, and I thought Joseph as the protagonist was even better than Jonathan. Now, it gives me foreshadowing of the next part 3. I will gladly continue on the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure ship! |

| So Kars was sent into space and became nothing but a floating frozen rock there? God I wasn’t expecting that just when you think you have Jojo figured it constantly surprises me with it’s unpredictable-ness as it were. And only Joseph Joestar would ruin his own funeral by showing and have Suzie Q mess up the telegram. XD Wow what a way to end the start of this very bizarre but mostly awesome shounen franchise. I will say when I was on the Phantom Blood portion of the show, it was a bit slow to get going mainly because it had no idea what it wanted to be with the melodrama and the like but the moment they introduced stuff like Dio being a vampire, Zeppeli mentoring Johnathon in the ways of Hamon and the introduction of Speed Wagon is what got better for me from just it’s decent to REALLY good. And it only continued to be really good as soon as we got into the Battle Tendency part of the show with things like Joseph Joestar, the fights being more faster paced being a lot more creative to me and just being at that point where that’s what Jojo was in terms of identity. Overall this is a great start to Jojo as a whole, I’m going to give Jojo parts 1 and 2 an 8/10. I won’t start Stardust Crusaders just yet but honestly when I get to it, it’ll be just awesome. Otherwise great show overall for me. |
