If you want to skip the first episode go ahead. I mean, I can understand why there are many people that dropped the anime because of it or think negative about it. After watching the first episode, I can see why people thought she was bullying Naoto. Since I briefly read the manga (not everything) and the current episode, I can say that Nagatoro isn't a bully and it gets better later on.

It’s not really bullying, like the translation says it’s more of teasing, about him being a perv etc

Personally. I find the characters insufferable, hoping it gets better because I can see glimpses of hope between nagatoros sessions when her face is so red it looks like she’ll have a strokegasm.

Its easy to say that this anime is about bullying after the 1st episode and i see how people will hate the show because of that, but in ep 3 you see nagatoro help senpai to come up for himself a bit sooo its not only bullying. I hope to see a lot of character development but i didnt read the manga so idk

Every episode serves an important part in a story because it's where the story flows, even though it is episodic themed you shouldn't skip it.

Thats the whole show. I used to get bullied in middle school, but the show is funny. I don't connect real life to a comedy. I mean, I don't think most people eventually fall in love with their bully.

Yeah, don’t do that. It would take away the whole scene of Nagatoro learning that Senpai has his limits. She doesn’t really want to hurt him

You should not watch a show about bullying if you can't handle bullying, but if you have a certain "threshold" for stuff like this, the first episode is as bad as it gets. The first episode is legit bullying, whereas the rest of the series is basically just teasing like calling him a scrub or a pervert. If you can handle the first episode you can handle the rest of the series.

If you don't like first episode don't watch something just because it's popular. There is no point forcing yourself to something you don't like. For example few years go when Yaoi in Ice aired I watched first episode - didn't like it, so I didn't watch it.
