| Great episode. Though it feels as though something is missing. The story seems much simpler now that we've get to known the bigger picture. Oh well, let's see if this ends up being a 9 or 10. |

| AAAHHH RIGHT! I KNEW IT! Peppo is still in touch with his gang. Ahh but I didn't realize that he was told to be a 'spy' for Albert. Even though he was at Albert's house exactly the same day when the Count met Albert's parents.... I didn't realize such a small thing. Two people have fallen into the darkness, now I want to see how Eugenie's father fell. I honestly felt sorry for the children, because they were just victims... Albert's naivety was upsetting, but I was sad to see him like that. Now let's uncover the truth behind Edmond Dantes' "death", as well as the real Gankutsuou! |

| I had a feeling those bandits were working with Monte Cristo ever since we saw the guy who survived the execution in the bar eavesdropping on Gerard Villefort. Albert was too dump to keep Peppo around. |
