And newsletter css is 100x worse than what you use on websites. I mean, you can't use basic things like margin or padding reliably, and everything needs to be done inline like this:

It doesn't matter whether you use wordpress, drupal or whatever, external css files are not allowed in email clients :3
And more often than not it'll only do what you want if you explicitly add the css inline to the element you want to add it to and not if you just add it in some style tag ^^
And there's loads of things like that, like images automatically having a 3px thick blue border around them unless you tell it you don't want this xD

I have yet to see a mail client that isn't horrible to work with, but at least thunderbird and gmail are slightly less annoying in that they align text to the left and have slightly less weird behaviour in comparison :3

At the same time, it won't let me use resized images using timthumb so I have to find another way of resizing the images to fit ^^

I normally hate turn based action games, but in this case I found that it could be fun to play with some friends. We originally played some xcom at a friend's place, but don't have a replacement. Unfortunately though unlike xcom I doubt this game is one you can play at the speed we played xcom at because then it'd take forever to complete the story xD

When I watched a little bit of gameplay from the beginning it even had some nice poems :3


Doesn't matter, with as much snow as we got yesterday, I doubt the train I'd need to take would be driving at all :P

Some people like to compare it to xcom somewhat because of the turn based tactical nature of the game. You don't (though you can if you want) control just 1 character, but up to 4 which friends can take control of in coop mode. A bit like D&D too apparently, though I never played that one :3

Each player could if they wanted just walk off on their own and do their own thing. You can also talk to animals to get quests :3

Yeah, that's the problem here too. We only gather at his place once every few weeks, sometimes even a month :3

Indeed. And considering that the enhanced edition of the original got a linux port and that 2 is built on the same engine it has better chances of getting a linux port than the average game :3

Sounds good, I'm still waiting for Warhammer 2 linux port though. But the devs seem to have some problems with mergin the first two games, apparently they got a lot of conflicts when they tried it. Which made it probably difficult to merge it with the linux version as well ^^;

Of course they were real LAN parties, we indeed only played old games though. Like Warcraft III, some old CoD, CS 1.6 and others :3

Yeah, with divinity they were asked about a linux port and they stated that they already have a lot of stuff ready for a linux port and that it's built with the engine of the previous game that already runs on linux, but that they first want to finish the game etc on windows and only look at ports to other platforms afterwards as to not make the same mistakes as with the previous game. And they also stated they don't want to promise anything yet :3

Not all, but most. Since my gaming laptop is pretty old by now and it's just not as much fun on a laptopn than on a PC, I'd probably bring my PC with me if we would organize another LAN party ^^
