| Light is getting more and more sloppy.. and, it's almost become like an open secret that Light is Kira.. it only remains to be proved, he only needs to be caught in the act of exercising Kira powers.. poor Light.. I'm starting to feel bad for him.. :( The way the investigating officers zoom in on Mikami's mouth and deduce sentences from his lip movements was just ridiculous. And, who picks up notes from the bottom -_- |
| Well it’s a bit of a shame seeing Near and the SPK fall right into Light’s trap, because that is 100% a fake death note and poor Gevanni wouldn’t be able to see a Shinigami even if he has the best vision on the planet lol, but I am liking the progression of things quite a bit, like the investigation team have finally removed the wool that was pulled over their eyes (well, at least Mogi and Aizawa have) and are actively working against Light, it’s just unfortunate that Aizawa’s evidence that Light and Kiyomi were swapping notes didn’t really matter because Near has already figured out who Kira is lol. I respect the play tho Aizawa, you’ve at least confirmed it for yourself. But it looks like things are coming to a head soon, just three episodes left (it feels wild to be saying that) and it’s looking likely that Light might get caught even if the SPK fall for the fake death note, I’m hoping so badly that he does anyway lol, it’ll make watching him ruin people for three straight cours feel worth it even if the writing hasn’t been as good lately. However, there is one big question, and that’s where the hell is Mello in all this lol, last time we saw him he was watching Misa and Mogi, but the next episode preview shows him so I’m guessing he makes a move soon, neither Light or Near’s plans involved Mello so it’ll be interesting to see how he shakes things up. |
