Can you really learn enough Japanese from Anime?

No. Watching anime can't be your only medium for learning Japanese. I listen to J-Pop, and also watch anime, but I look up videos of Japanese lessons as well. JapanesePod101.com is a really good site to learn. Highly recommended.

You can learn lots of words, but it´s good to have a real course.

From anime alone?

No, you cannot learn enough to really get by. But I did learn a lot from song lyrics.
