| Man I don't know why Shirayuki's red hair is that big deal. Give someone a chance and they'll be ready to jump and exploit them to their use. Like the little cheesy play we got in this episode, that again ended up doing the same, almost. Though anyways I think I liked what I watched, characters are nice, a little too nice so it isn't that difficult to see them likeable. But still I think it'd be better if they focus more on pharmaceutical aspects. 7/10. |
| I dont know why but it felt unusual to see such capable characters in anime. The main heroine bored me because she is too perfect and thus unrelatable, but the male characters are awesome. the show is 7/10, Obi is 10/10 though |

Great adaptation of the manga. Kept me in it most of the time, except a couple of filler moments. Fantastic art, great set of chars and VAs, and a great twist to a classic fairytale. Had doubts especially after she ran away, but the story really developed quite nicely. Gave me a pleasant surprise.

With regards to the episode, was nice seeing Shirayuki in formal wear (albeit it being a costume), and nice bro moment with that hug after Zen announced he and Shirayuki are an item. Felt a small tinge of sadness when Obi gave her an hair ornament, coz i feel like his feelings aren't being returned, which is a waste...
Solid 8/10 overall from me, and will definitely keep an eye on S2. Glad it was announced early!!

| why didnt her hair ever grow back? anyway im glad this is over. there is a second season but im not watching that. its not like it was bad, it just really wasnt for me at all |

| This was so charming and magical. It feels different from the more recent female-led fantasy shows. Like old Disney, or like a storybook. Pure and uncomplicated. I can't say it did anything exceptionally well, but the show was much more than the sum of its parts. |
