She cares a lot about her subordinates, but above all she believes only the strong survive. She just doesn't care that evil and corruption goes on in the capital. She's just doing her job, same as the people in the Jaegers. She's actually a very well built character with multiple dimensions. She was going to get her subordinates ice cream, like the best ice cream in the whole capital. Really, though. Ice cream. I hear the manga goes into it more, but this anime has a very excellent setting and the characters have very deep threads into it. They all have lives and families, even the people who torture other people for their own amusement. It eerily parallels the real world in this respect. It's not like every character that dies is just an evil dick 100% of the time. Believing only the strong survive doesnt make her a multi dimensional character. All of her lines are the same shit over and over. |

| She is a epic person in my opinion. After Akame & Leone it's her. And not only that but I am more fan of the evil psychopaths, so I am a huuuuuge fan of her. hahah, the only thing I didn't like is that she falled in love with Tatsumi. That would pull her strenth back in a fight. that can make the fight against nigh raids much worse. :/ |

| I find her quite attractive but the "boobs" are so huge that it almost looks like her only role in the anime is for fanservice(like all the other big boobed characters are) , if that's not the case ,i would be head over heels for her . She maybe look like a generic character but i believe that there's so much more to her character than what appears to be . |

| In a nutshell Esdese is what most female characters lack. An epic aura of malice and twisted love. This in itself makes her epic win. Besides, she gets the most character development than all of the characters in the anime including the MC's. Which is fucking pathetic. |

| I think I'm the only one who still calls her Esdese Anyway, what's wrong with loving someone "evil"? The top favorite character in MAL is Lelouch and Light is pretty popular as well. Being nice and heroic is over rated anyway. |

| In the beginning at some point, I think I was about to start thinking like you about her. But someone came and saved me from that. I love her, and I don't have a particular reason to do it, I don't care if she's a psycho, evil or whatever. I enjoy her presence in the manga as much as in the anime. |
