I need help regarding Koi dani Ai dano.

when did she realized Tsubaki's feelings? and How did it happen?
I have almost read all that is availble.I just wanted to know the scene.. how author made her realize his feelings?
if you dont mind can you please exaplain me.

Never. She never realizes that Tsubaki likes her (that's what I would prefer at least) but anyways, in all seriousness, she still hasn't realized to this day
