For me it would be the scene with Kirito and Asuna in the hospital room from the final episode. It was very touching to see two people who fell in love in another world were finally reunited again in the real world. The tears, them introducing each other, the kiss and the SAO version of themselves walking away together, made the entire scene quite a heartbreaking moment.
