| Yeah, after episode 22, it's REALLY hard to argue against Okabe x Kurisu. Rukako's #2 on my pairings list, followed by Moeka (hey, she's hot :P), then Feyris, then Mayushii. I really don't see a romance between the two of them, tho I could also see how that could develop. |

| Personally I'm a fan of Okarin x Mayushii WAY more than Okarin x Kurisu. And yeah I get all that happened in episode 22 but still I like Okarin with Mayushii. I shipped then before episode 22 and will ship them no matter what! |

| I think, as far as the anime goes, Okabe and Kurisu are too good of a fit for any other option to be possible. That's just in my humble opinion though. And I find it's just too endearing whenever Kurisu goes Fuhaha like Okabe does, impersonating the 'mad scientist.' |

| Mayuri was always like a family member to him and a little sister he has to protect, not lover. It was obvious from the start. How can people see a sexual relationship threw that is beyond me. Kurisu was always the prober wife material for Okabe. From the little husband and wife style fights to their science and lap coat understanding and the support they can give to each other they fit perfectly. Mayushi can't be his other half. She's not the soul that can intrigue him and be equal by his side challenging him and also be powerful enough to support him. He needs someone like Kurisu for those elements that will make his life more full and complete his soul. |

I find that I really have no preferred route when it comes to pairings. In Steins;Gates' case, I like OkabeXKurisu, not because I'm a fan of Kurisu (well, I am now, but that's part of the point I'm making), but because I /became/ a fan of Kurisu. At first, I didn't think much of her. Yeah, she was another lab member, yeah, she had good theories, and yeah, she had an air of intrigue surrounding her initial death at the start of the show. So, she was intriguing, and helpful, but not much more. I found, however, that as the show progressed, especially past episode 12, that as Okabe realized how great she was to him, I was feeling the same way. The more I saw her, the more she said, the more she helped, and the more Okabe and Kurisu bonded, even through the limitations of time, I found myself liking her more and more. Now, I absolutely adore Kurisu, and really don't want to see Okabe lose her or Mayuri at this point. Also... Kurisu has red hair, and I've got a thing for red hair. <3 (Also for Moeka, but for different reasons. Meganekko FTW!) |

| I just love how otaku community can interpret brother/sister relationships like love pairings. Mayushi is Okabe's family. Kurisu is his love. The show never ever portrayed it differently and its...well..disgusting to see some people actually SHIPPING that pairing which was not even romantic :) so, okabe/kurisu ftw :) |

| Indeed. I think Okabe and Kurisu are meant to be together :) Just in episode 22, after Okabe asks how Kurisu thinks about him they show 2 small children playing in the rain. It's one of these signs that tell us they are meant for eachother (in my opinion). And I won't be satisfied with any other ending than Okabe and Kurisu being a couple :P |
| I'd say Okabe x Suzuha would be the best pairing, but after giving it some thought, she's too good for him. So Christina is fine. Although, if Rukako wasn't a guy... |
| In fact, Okabe and Kurisu are long-distance from the beginning. Moreover Kurisu is foreign student. She has no time at all. I think Mayuri is most suitable for Okabe after all. Either way Kurisu will be best friend of Okabe though. |

| People worhshipping kurisu is normal, the anime follows true route, after all. Some things, such as Okarin crying to Mayushi in 22nd episode are removed from the anime, so I guess to see all pairings more objectively, everyone should play the VN and play all of the routes. -Not that everything must be objective,though.- And back to topic, I prefer Mayushi. Their childhoold scene in the grave just wins me over...Their "silent but very warm" relation when Okabe "kidnapped" Mayushi and Mayushi's "silent understanding" for Okabe suits my preferred style of relationship very well. Not that KurisuXOkarin was bad, they're also very suited to each othe, and their flags in ep 22 are so good...but in different stlye that Mayushi's. I just happened to like Mayushi's style more. |

| From the very beginning It's always been Okarin x Mayushii. After Episode 22, I grew digusted x-x since Okarin and Kurisu kissing were the last thing I wanted to see happen in the anime. since they looked horrible as a couple IMO <---- SEE THAT!!... IN MY OPINION. |

| I have supported Makise x Okabe from the beginning. Its true that Okabe went through a lot to save Mayushii, but the one who was there to support him and the one he went to for support was always Makise. If you think that in order to go through all that to save someone means he's in love with her, then that's stupid, b/c I think anyone would go through all that to save a really close friend or family. To me, Okabe treated Mayushii as a sister and nothing more, and the anime showed more romantic feel when it had to do with Makise x Okabe. That's just what I think, but w/e. |
