I hope you guys do know some of Sakuga Hokai by Shaft are actually intentional, right?... What Urobuchi is talking about is actually 'INCOMPLETE ANIMATION'. Being Meguka was never an error. It's just Shaft being themselves.

Remember Na-dek-ho, Bakemonogatari 10th episode. Urobuchi is saying that if we got 11th episode this week, it will be exactly like that, even worse.

Sure. There's Shaft being typically Shaft, and than there's Shaft's solution to lousy timing, i.e. Bakemonogatari ep 10, Vampire Bund ep 7 or -the worst I can think of - Tsukuyomi ep 12, where all you got during a long fight was shots of the walls of the room.
It may be more than just the usual bad time-management this time though .Getting the material from outsource studio's might be an issue as well, with transportation being hindered severly.

I sometimes wonder whether I should be sexually excited or just plain feel miserable towards scenes like Akira being all bloody on Mina while she is naked. Opinions in regards to that?

I dont think it's our place to determine whether you should be sexually excited or miserable. As for the Vamirebund DVD/BD's: I'm still waiting for Funi to come up with the unedited version (latest news says it'll be in June) :P

In case of Madoka, it is definitely under-staffed/schedule problem. Even before the earthquake, they were finishing episodes like DAY BEFORE its airing. From what I know, the last three episodes it will be animated almost entirely by animators of Shaft with only a small subcontracted studios, so transportation will be only a minor issue.
