Their is not really good place to start because some fillers are really good then the next one can be really shitty. For fillers the best thing to do is to read the summary for them and determine for yourself or ask someone has watched it

The ones I think you’re referring to might be the Itachi and Kakashi backstories. Or maybe the ones about Ashura and Indra. Those ones are in the 400 I’m pretty sure. But otherwise I’d say just skip fillers unless there’s a filler arc that your interested in.

When I watched it I didn't even know about fillers and watched all of them. So of them are good, but majority are boring especially the ones in the beginning.

after you finish the series if you feel like you wanna watch more of Naruto than you should go for the fillers. I don't think they contribute much for the character development. If you feel any emotional attachment to the series than you should really check out the fillers but only after you finish the canon.

I find them quite interesting n fun to watch, for the Naruto 2002 and Boruto fillers ain't that great. Shippuden fillers r gud. Few fillers r regrading the tailed beasts and how akatsuki ([SPOILER ALERT] all tailed beasts capture shown except The 5 the tails and 9 Tails) captured them. One filler even reveals Kakashi's Face. There are fillers regarding few character's past like Hogoromo and his sons, Kakashi etc.

Most of them are not that good but there are a few good ones. There are websites you can look up for Naruto fillers with the episode numbers and its description. i would recommend doing that if ya wanna see the better fillers

i watched all of naruto with the fillers connecting all of them they have nothing to do with story just dont bother with them

I avoided the fillers so as not to get bored of it.Couple of my friends straight up dropped the anime cuz they couldn't bear with the fillers.I'd suggest watching the fillers after finishing,if you want more Naruto

I recommend watching the guren/ yukimaru filler (episode 91-112) . Not only was it interesting. We got to see on one of the tailed beasts itself and we also got to see a crystal user. Other than that the Kakashi and yamato fillers were also interesting. There are some fillers which start from 480th episode and end at 483, they are basically about the backstory of various character and it was a nice filler. But honestly you can skip them if you want to because they aren't that important.

To be honest, it is better if you don't watch the filler as most of them are pretty shit. But if you really want some extra content then episode 480 to 483 are the best. They go over the past of the characters but it doesn't really influence the plot, just little side stories that are just enjoyable overall.

I personally hated fillers but there were interesting ones like the kakashi face reveal. So i just did a speed run while i was watching tge show, like i would litrally watch the fillers in 2×speed or i would just skip it if its tooo boreing . So yea some are good, skip the rest

You should have just watched them with the canon episodes because at least when your watching them you have the canon episodes to look forward too so if you watch them naw it’ll just be boring

I think once you finish the series you can decide if you want to watch them or you can watch them as you watch the series you don’t have to skip them. Personally I skipped them and whenever I miss the series I go back and watch a filler I haven’t seen before.
