| Not necessarily about traveling in space, but if you want a sci-fi anime about characters wanting to go to space, watch Twin Spica. Gets emotional at times, and the original manga is one of my favorites. |

Terra e-Not space travel per se, but the Mu do move around in a spaceship trying to find a homeland where humans can't find them Starship Operators-Some cadets learn thier home planet surrendered to another while on a test flight, and decide to televise thier rebellion across the star system in the hopes of starting a movement |
