| Man such a powerful episode there I was so near to tears with this one god this anime just keeps surprising no matter what, first we get a reunion with Kyo and his teacher and then we see his actual true form with the removal of his bracelet. Tohru is just so kindhearted that even though she was scared of Kyo in that form, she didn’t back away and actually embraced him for who he truly is and what he means to her as a whole. I could really feel Kyo’s pain when he was trying to get Tohru to go away even when he swiped at her it was just painful to watch him struggle like that. I don’t know I feel like I connect with Kyo because I had a tendency to have outbursts and get hot headed when I was a teenager and feeling like no one accepted me in life and I totally understand how he feels at times. I didn’t think I’d see the day when I’d get to the final episode of the first season but there ya go. Finale here we go. |

| I'm, of course, happy for Kyo and actually shed a tear or two after watching this episode. If it's the same for all Zodiac animals, then that 'true form' they're hiding is indeed harsh, and I can't blame them for wanting to keep it a secret and avoid getting close to people. However, I think Kyo might have gotten the worst of it, considering even Kagura closed the curtains to not see him during his transformation... Only one last episode left for this season now! I'm hoping we'll learn something more about Yuki too 😍 |
