| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So, Aizen apparantly decided to kill off everyone one by one lol, not that id complain about that. "new" Zangetsu looks interesting. sort of like fussion between zangetsu and shirosaki. Although I expect many haters will jump on his design going on some nonsense on how he looks.vBut seriously, Looks pretty much like Zangetsu but ~30 years younger, with no shades or beard. I don't see anything wrong with his design. And Isshin's sword name goes yet again towards my theory about kurosaki family and whole noble families/higher caste. After all, the real world higher castes have something to separate them from commoners. Whats a better way to separate a noble shinigami clan/group from a commoner than to give them similar types of swords to be associated with them.. Its also interesting on how the whole "raining in the inner world" continues....well....going by what we see now, its been raining.....a lot. Also it seems we will finally find out the truth behind the whole zangetsu stuff. And nice use of foreshadowing aizen's current situation with Stark. Oh and aizen might have some relation to kurosaki family after all: - Zangetsu - Engetsu - Tensa Zangetsu - Kyouka Suigetsu - Getsuga Tenshou 5/5 EDIT: oh and heres interesting bit about the color spread.  BACKGROUNDS, WHO NEEDS THEM overall 4.9/5 really wanted more of this chapter.. its just too little material.. this is dragging too much.. took less than a minute i wonder if someone will come to protect those friends ( if ichigo wont made) like Urahara? |

| i thought zangetsu was a woman when he still had his hood up and i was about to have a heart attack thinking ichigo's mom was going to appear and help ichigo beat down shirosaki in resurcession hollow mode. i thought the 'what i want to protect' thing was pretty bs. I mean, if ichigo wants to protect the town and risks his life doing that, ends up dying, doesn't zangetsu die? oh bleach, if only you didn't take 2 minutes to read every week. |

| Very nice chapter. Ichigo never was in his inner world in the bankai state, indeed. And the first thing that came to my mind after seeing Zangetsu's form was - it's him, just younger. What is it that Zangetsu wants to protect? Maybe it's power too destructive and dangerous, or maybe it can somehow hurt itself while fighting... We also saw someone's death, not of someone inportant, but still, a bit depressing. |

Now, remember all those things and what Tensa said this chapter gets a whole lot more meaningful. |

| Best Bleach chapter in a long time. Seeing Tensa Zangetsu as a separate form from Zangetsu was pretty cool. Hopefully this arc turns out a lot better than the Fake Karakura Town arc. |

I'd go for Aizen and Isshin being brothers - Isshin the older, Aizen the younger one. So isshin inherits the sword and aizen, out of jealously or something or some tragedy, steals someone else's in the family or etc. There was just something.....brother-like when Isshin interrupted Aizen and that whole finger flick he did. Aizen has zanpakuto named after water and water is shown as BAD thing in inner world. Could Suigetsu be some sort of corrupted/twisted/dark sword of the family? oh and heres interesting bit about the color spread. Elder / family figure attitude / librarian, it's possible. And wow, Ichi's sword is schizophrenic, snazzy. Yes the first was shikai, the second was hollow, the third was bankai, but they're all part of the same sword, schizophrenia is a great thing, wonder if the grandmother will come out next, "I'm grangetsu, ohayo" But another look into Isshin at least, his zan's name, he went through the same thing, blah blah, wonder if we'll get "we don't want to protect the same thing, I want to protect your bloodline / you" *shock* I thought the new form was a female though :/ reminded me of Rukia, I guess Tite just wanted to make another bishie to not kill off. Anyway, at least it's picking up finally, but I've said that a lot these past months, I could be very wrong. |

| So the bankai form of the zanpakutou have a different form from it's shikai? If this is what I think it is, I can expect another filler arc on the anime about another zanpakutou arc concerning their second forms :D Anyway, this was a really good chapter. |

| For once, I kind of agree with Fai's opening post here except for the nobility having similar swords part and the relation of Aizen to Ichigo, including the swords. It doesn't have much basis to support it, yet. But yeah, Tensa Zangetsu does look like a younger Zangetsu though Kubo really loves bishies. So Aizen is going to walk around killing people then talk to Tatsuki. Nice way to pass the time. Bleach is sort of getting interesting by each chapter, but this whole plot development doesn't really help much in changing the views of people about the manga. |

| Yeah I thought Ichi was Hitsugaya when we first saw him this chapter. And I just read through again: "the one who taught you how to breathe" so telling someone they should be able to breathe constitutes teaching them, comedy at its best, I mean, great plot and great logic, unlike naruto. Ooooo Bishie Zangetsu's shoes are like Aizen's too :p |
