Fumoffu is like this, most of the episodes at least, even though it's not really an action show. The main character is just so explosively over-reactive that from the first episode on, he does absurdly brutal-yet-hilarious things to succeed.

Just glancing at the episode list and using my memory, Episodes 1b, 2a, 2b, 3, 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6a, 7 (THIS ONE THE MOST!!), 9, 10, 12. So pretty much every episode.
