| So when did this show start becoming "unearned" moment the anime? Holy shit we haven't seen these characters in a minute and you give them all of this? Also how they have written combat power is stupid as that means everyone can be in the "zone". I think they're making this up as they go. |

| Loved the episode. I can’t believe Kafka is finally about to learn something that will actually make him stronger while bringing him closer to his goal of standing by Mina’s side. Up until now, he’s been doing exactly what Sōshirō said, relying on #8’s powers. Specifically, his supernatural powers rather than any natural ones. I mean, he doesn’t really have natural powers, but if he does end up learning the anti-monster unarmed melee style and adapts it into his fights while transformed, he’s going to be insanely overpowered. |
| Only 3 episodes are left. guess the remaining eps will focus on the Samurai Kaiju or something. Loved the duo at the first half but not the second half. the fight sequence was done pretty good. Doubt normal peeps like us can still stand after taking hits or throwing so many punches.. (i counted 10+) so props for the 32 year old Kafka for that. My itch from the 1st episode is that if this anime is truly a nod to Franz Kafka's Metamorphosis then the MC name should have been Samsa Hibino cuz it feels like a Japense name especially for a story that focuses so much on "Kaiju in Japan" even the Vice-captain mentioning "If you are gonna stay in Japan then you will meet Kaijus". So it just makes sense the MC should have had a Jap-ish name.. I don't think anyone actually uses the name Kafka anymore. |

| Reno and Iharu make a great team. Reno with the No. 6 suit is totally broken—and he doesn’t even have full control over it yet. And now Iharu is going to be trained by the squad captain. I’m really curious about what kind of fighting style he uses with those power variations. Kafka seriously needs to grind some experience in his human form so he stops relying too much on his transformation. It’s about time he got some real training. |

Ah yes, if an anime isn't at least an 8 at minimum, it's unwatchable. Great logic there.

That's exactly what you said. Just because someone doesn't enjoy this anime doesn't mean they don't love anime. I like to see these things through, that's why I hardly drop an anime.

I'm not ready to lose any of our current characters in future fights specifically Kafka’s class/squad. Leave it to Hoshina to cheer up Kafka in his own way! He truly needed that. Kafka can even see ghosts now! Impressive. |
