| ^^^^ finding people that are authentic is the challenge ^^^ great to see you seem to be in harmony ^^ it's either about finding the right group of people or adjusting yourself to be more like the group of people around you, but I totally get the sentiment ^ perhaps it's because your emotions and/or your thoughts are working over-time, plus the dosis might be too little or you already got used to those or you might need a stronger or different one. Either way, prolonged water fasting might be able to cure you from your issues as long as you don't have heart and/or kidney issues in which case it's not recommended, but it's easier to start with intermittent fasting at least on the weekend when you don't need energy in the morning in the form of breakfast and can have it belated or skipped, same with dinner and the evening hours OT: operational enough for going on with my day, nothing to complain about |
