yes I need to explain about that , I've rated steins gate 7/10 for my personal appreciation and MJ own taste because I mostly don't like time travers story and science fiction (for all medium) but I KNOW Objectively that steins gate is one of the best anime of all time , since I'm a smart person I can separate my subjective feeling about an anime and his quality , steins gate is at least a 9'5/10 objectively but I personally didn't like it even though during my watching I was acknowledging how insanely good it is , it's the case for other nailed like Attack on titans that I've rated 9/10 but there definitely is 7/10 anime that I like wayyyy more , because even though I like snk it doesn't touch my heart a lot , but I know that it's juste an absolute masterclass on multiple levels
a dumb person will say an anime is bad because she doesn't like the anime but a smart person can separate subjective and objective rating
there are bad anime that I do appreciate even if I know it's shit

So it's a matter of subjectivity. Even if this is your ultimate verdict, in light of S;G's legacy, I'd at least be inclined to presume that it's meant to appeal to you irrespective of your tastes and preferences. It's great enough to be honored as such. |
