He literally went from Late Foundation Establishment stage to Nascent Soul Mid Stage (or late stage) in one sitting after breaking the seal on his cultivation.

When he went from Initial Foundation Establishment stage to Late Foundation Establishment in about 3 months, that elder who watches over the outer disciples was greedy and wanted to know how Wang Lin (Qing Mu as his fake alias) did it.

Haha, he had NO idea that the person in front of him was actually a Soul Formation cultivator.

Can't wait until Wang Lin goes back to peak condition and returns to help with Wan-er's tribulation in 7 years.

I don't think he would become an elder that quickly (that's too much attention that Wang Lin doesn't need on him), he's probably going to become an inner disciple first and secure more cultivation resources

Liu Mei is looking for him as well (her master said he was her cultivation furnace after all) and so will that demonic tribe ancestor once he recovers...

The cultivation world is incredibly harsh
