In terms of anime I'd definitely suggest checking out the soundtracks to Noir, Madlax and El Cazador de la Bruja. The music for those shows were all done by Yuki Kaijura so you know it's top quality stuff. I'd also say Gundam: The Witch from Mercury has a pretty great soundtrack with its crowning piece being the season 2 ending 'RED:Birthmark'. My final recommendation would be the soundtrack for Serial Experiments Lain, which has some interesting tracks from both the anime and PS1 game.

In terms of games I'd recommend all the Halo soundtracks, I see you've already got 'The Road' from Halo Infinite in the list so if you want more from that game I'd recommend 'Hunters Dance', it's a personal favourite of mine. I'd also put forward the soundtrack for Prey (2017, made by Arkane) as that has some beautiful music in it.

This may be a situation unique to the domestic Japanese market, but unfortunately, a significant percentage of anime soundtracks are not commercialized in formats such as streaming or CDs.
This does not mean that they are regarded as worthless. The tying sales method of bundling them as exclusive extras in the video Blu-ray Disc package has been in place for a decade.
In some cases, the streaming soundtracks are actually not the very same takes of the in-drama music.

By and large, AAA game soundtracks tend to be of higher quality than the typical anime soundtrack. There are differences in budget and, most importantly, in the duration and coordination of the workflow (i.e., the music production staff is able to work consistently, they communicate at the same pace as the game development, and the record company's intentions are not intervened).

There are some differences in the expressions suited to each. Avant-garde expressions full of glitch effects cannot be used in game music. This is because it could be misinterpreted as a bug in the game software. If you are watching anime and the music stutters, no one will think that your TV set or smartphone has malfunctioned, and you will realize that this is a kind of edgy music.

The title I immediately thought of. This album is not on Spotify:

«惡の讃華» (Aku no Sanka) by FUKASAWA Hideyuki for «Aku no Hana»

Somebody already said Cowboy Bebop. I will add to that by saying Samurai Champloo's Nujabes albums are godlike as well.

@aReviewer Hi, yes i agree AAA game soundtracks are very much loud and still maintain high quality, so sometimes although having better musicality in anime tracks sometimes the epicness of game tracks outplay the anime tracks. Howvwer, i have avoided to include some of the very heavy loud sounds from games that can't be played in loop or sound better only while playing the game. I found the Aku no hana album on spotify so will definitely check out.

"Suggest Anime + Gaming OSTs that are absolute masterpieces"

Listening to the BGM of Sousou no Frieren (by Evan Call), Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (by Kevin Penkin, I am already looking forward to the OST album of the new season) and Dungeon Meshi (by Yasunori Mitsuda) feels pretty epic.

The soundtrack albums for both Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are absolutely worth a listen too. Joe Hisaishi is a genius.

I want to add one more even if it isn't a masterpiece. The FLCL soundtrack by the pillows. One of the few Japanese albums I keep around.

Death Note has a unique OST with a 50/50 blend of post-rock & classical. With each part written by a different composer. My favorite songs:

Kodoku
Death Image
L No Theme
Kyrie
Requiem
Low of Solopsism

@Saputrai Hey, thank you very much. Some osts are already there. Need to check the rest :). Sword Art online is also good. But somehow i dont know why but i didnt liked the crossing field much from LiSA. It doesn't sound like musically that good as Gurenge where i would not mind the japanese lyrics.
