| Currently rewatching One Piece, and this episode honestly never fails to impress me. It always manages to make me cry every single time I watch it, no matter what. One of the best episodes up until now. The nostalgia, the flashbacks, Kin'emon and the other Wano characters, Yamato and Ace, and Sabo, Oden, Roger, and Whitebeard. Not forgetting to mention the music and the art, the animators, the voice actors, and the director, Megumi Ishitani. 1000 plus episodes leading up to this very moment, and that last scene of Luffy knocking down Kaido with a satisfying Red Roc. My God... Holy shit, I can't repeat how much episodes like this make me love One Piece even more than I already do. |

| 1015 is one of THE BEST one piece episodes. the pacing, animation style, coloring, theme of the episode itself, the characters involved, the timing. just wow wow wow. 100/10!!!!!! |
| ok how are they alive again ? They are the cream of samurais and top the list who had have posed the biggest threat to Kaido for last 20 years .Why haven't Kaido killed them .It's immersion breaking atleast for me .All for the cheap sensationalism at the end . Anyway,cool lightshow by Luffy but i would love they tone it down and make it more detailed and fluidic |

| Almost everything got spoiled on me long ago but that still didn't make this episode hit less....this might be one of the best story piece I have ever watched. Thank you Megumi Ishitani and Toei staff. |

| Absolute cinema. The animation was top notch the first half the episode animation was so good with Yamato and Ace. Talking about Luffy. Then with the 5 members of the worst generation coming to the rooftop Luffy walking past to kienmon and then the punch absolutely peak. Best animation of the show to date too |
