| Finally, we got to see Carmine in the anime. Over a year after her debut in the games, we finally got to hear her voice, and I think the voice actress did a really great job. I hope she will appear again. Also, they already showed the Synchro Machine introduced in Indigo Disk. Probably the only reference to Indigo Disk we'll get in the anime next to Terapagos. Next week's episode seems to be entirely dedicated to Tinkatink, so I wonder when they'll meet Briar. Those who read the Horizons info from teraleaks know that they had plans The Briar episode will clarify whether anime creators are still sticking to those initial assumptions or if they changed them during the planning of the story. |

| I thought Carmine would be the highlight of the episode but, this exchange bodies thing combined with the Gamefreak's leaks, makes me think. Now, leaks aside. Could Roygator use an attack-attack, or not? Technically that flame could just be considered a trait of the pokemon type. I mean, do the Meowth backstory still applies in this case? |

| @Soleks100000 Thanks for correcting, I should probably stop using the English names as I have come to know the Japanese ones better in recent years. In this case I forgot the English name and just looked up Fuecoco evolution without double checking. |

| I think it was the first episode of the series I wasn't a fan of as it felt the most filler-y but overall this series is really the best the anime has ever been I am so invested |

| They introduced the Synchro machine pretty early—don’t tell me they rushed things just to make a 69 reference, lol. Decent episode overall. I was hoping to see Ogerpon’s debut in the anime, but I guess they’re saving that for later. |

| A machine to switch body between human and pokemon wow that's something you wouldn't expect to be possible and Roy could experience it, at least they could switch back obviously lmao but the machine doesn't work anymore :( |

| I never played the DLC, so this is my first experience with Carmine outside of reading plot summaries. Honestly, she is not a very likeable character so far. Hopefully that changes as the story continues. |
