THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Like the last episode, this one has some unexpected visual flair. A shot of Megure's eye darting around to notice details and the imagery as Conan's thought slowly gathered toward epiphany were actually visually engaging.

But if the housekeeper wiped up the coffee and then went out to buy milk, why didn't she throw away the handkerchief while she was out?

I don't remember that part though also she could have put the tissue in her right pocket and it would have been fine. It was a tissue not a handkerchief, she was going to throw it away later, who cares if it got coffee on it.

OT: I liked this case, mostly because of the cruel ways she killed them. It's not often seen, she was pretty cold blooded. And I got the dying message, the name of the episode was maido which is the underworld in Japanese, often called yomi, and she's a maid. Didn't get the equal sign though, I was thinking of it as ko.

Okay what did I miss with Conan and Eisuke? What is with the freakout in the end?

Okay, DC, you got me. I thought the wife was the culprit the entire time. Pretty good trick.

I too was most suspicious of her. Conan was having none of Eisuke and Ran in the bathroom together at the end though! XD

Yeah, me too, especially when they showed Megure's eyes focusing on the wife's shakey hands.... but it would've been too obvious, right?

Yeah, I'd like to know what he meant by that "masaka" at the end....

Hah! knewwit!! twas the maid. the butler being the culprit is too predictable for this anime. and gondang those were cruel ways to end people, like holy moly no mercy.

Both of those two murder was absolutely ruthless, it's kinda insane both committed by a maid

I just don't understand why the victim didn't shout something like "the houskeeper set me up", or something?

Damn, so coincidental that the maid had some connection with the former butler right at the end. She really didn't GAF though, the same expression throughout it all lol and she didn't even try to too hard to persuade others that it wasn't her.
