I can understand what you mean.

Although I think she came off more as someone teasing the two, Kuze & Alisa, using her history with Kuze to get under the skin of Alisa.

Not sure I would go so far as to call her an actual rival, but maybe someone Alisa would watch out for, having history with and hanging around Kuze.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

It's a bit early to say how without having to spoil since most of the actual plot start amid volume 1 but there is a lot of developpement mainly character wise.

LN reader here, without spoiling I can only say that even though this anime has 11 female characters, not all are attracted to MC, just simple friends or Rivals in school, sports etc. There are males too.

out of 11 Females Only 3 are attracted to Kuze (including Alya) even they join on to support Alya and Kuze's relationship

so yeah No Harem, But there are Multiple Ecchi shots of all 11 girls
