| How does that make sense? Is she gonna hide her feelings using Japanese instead? The plot is literally based on the fact that everyone else speaks Japanese. Even if this is a joke it’s not that funny. |

Instead of when Alya gets embarrassed, she speaks Russian. Have her speak Japanese instead?

| Checked a few Russian websites (not official but pro-translation) and they leave the original without changing :D Vast majority of Russians seems to like it, or find it funny. :D |

Another Russian here. I've just found a Russian voice-over, where the creators replaced Russian with Polish language.

Also, I do wonder, if this anime ever was localized in Russia, HOW they would work around the language barrier in the dubbed version. Using...japanese, and pretending the events takes place in Russia (maybe in Kuril for the lulz-lol?). Ukranian (even moar lulzworthy)? Kazakh? |
