Sure, act like you don't care after getting called out for your over sensitive comments, that always works for kids.

I'm not gonna stop expressing my opinion just because there are pathetic losers out there who think they can't enjoy things without everyone's approval.
@DiabloMask

Lmao, this is a very eloquent "no, you" straight from kindergarten.

The original series still exists. They didn't ruin anything.

@_Vincent_ Right, if people don't like the new alternative verse just simply don't watch. Personally, I want to see where
"Any betrayal you can see is trivial, what is truly frightening and much more lethal, is the betrayal you cannot see."

All Hail Lelouch!

It has already ended and this is an extra with no relation to the og storyline( also the fukatsu no lelouch is also an extra).
So this is just the sequel to an extra. So i dont really mind it that much even tho it did ruin the legendary ending.

But they already ruined the series with that stupid Fukkatsu no Lelouch movie, so it can't get worse I guess.

trilogy movie + fukkatsu no lelouch are not the same as R1 and R2 the staff are actually satisfied with ending and the positive reviews it has but sunrise studio wants to milk it more, so in order not tarnish it's already established ending they created an alternate timeline which is the movies and dakkan No Z takes place in the movie timeline so this series is not canon in the R1 and R2 verse

You can let it die in your own heart by not watching it and leaving the rest of us alone. I promise you, you will feel better about your life if you just choose not to engage with things you find no joy in. You have no obligation to anyone or anything to sit through this if you're not going to enjoy it.

Shut yo ass man! Industry is already lacking thier own original shit and start making unnecessary remakes, makes an already popular shit adaptations cause they have no balls to create new shit and ideas while Sunrise, they making new originals using their popular IP!

You can't be a cg fan if you're tired of it already.
I'll probably change my mind later but in the meantime, I don't want the story to end... 🥲
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

I sort of understand where it's coming from since I was perfectly fine where it was supposed to end. But, it's also perfectly fine to not to support the upcoming sequel and voice your opinions for others to do so too. I think so too that the series is done but engagement will speak for itself if people are still interested.

if its popular and makes money, they will milk it to death.

Haven't you learned that lesson with Naruto/Boruto? With Detective Conan over 1000+ episodes? With Dragon Ball spiraling down into the abyss?
Or the absolute insanity of the FATE franchise?

Code Geass ended beautifully. The unique art style ensures that it will age well like wine and is in no need of remakes or reboots.
But they want money,
so time to kick the dead horse.

All of this is now simply a FARCE!

The QUESTION here is, whether you Western people are willing to participate in this or maybe grow some self-worth and move on.
You only have so much time on this Earth, might as well watch the 10/10 shows on your watchlists than wallow in this cesspit,
only to recognize years/decades in that at the end it was not worth it.

Have some self-respect, do something else.
That's the path I have chosen.

I'm still here hope for a LL & CC adaptation. Hehehe. No mortal can stop me from wanting to have more quality mecha series namely code geass.

The show is being streamed by disney+, kinda explains why I felt it was made for "modern" audiences.

You took the words right out of my mouth, everything after R2 was a mistake, at least the Fukkatsu movie had Lelouch and CC, but this sequel is just a disgrace to the name Code Geass.

@ZingFreelancer And in US you have it on HULU. So?

Streaming has nothing to do with this case.

Producers: Magic Capsule, Bandai Namco Filmworks, Bandai Namco Music Live.

Blame Bandai (basically <- Sunrise) that they want some cash ;)
