| Glasses dude, if you wanna be a bodyguard just be a bodyguard man no need to separate Miyo and Kiyoka. I also don't see the point of him asking the emperor's help, like he could've done so if he simply reached out to Kiyoka. His sudden change of heart is so abrupt as well, suddenly he's willing to let Miyo go and see Kiyoka.. Well, this seems to be going in the right direction so I'm all up for it lol |

| Rewatching Episode 11: The Saimori had sketchy plan for Miyo. They had dehumanised her. Her family seemed to be doing the same, but it seems they are held hostage by the Emperor, and this redemption episode doesn't sit well with some of you lot. Still, this is a touching episode about a mother's love for her child, which is why I love it. Get it? It's the Emperor's fault, and as evil as the Saimori family is, they are just pawns in this world, which is probably why showing them to be punished harshly in Episode 7 would have been superfluous. And now we're down to the finale Episode 12, and then the OVA Episode 13. ETA: Evan Call's music is loud in this episodes and slaps so hard. |
