| It can generally be spicier than I would enjoy. I think it ranges from 6/10 - 8/10 "fine - very good". But it's not my go-to cuisine if I want to go out to eat and enjoy a meal. I do enjoy Chinese dimsum a lot more than say the spicier dishes such a Sichuan Mapo Tofu SQ / Chinese Cuisine |

| Re Japanese cuisine (I don't even know how many ^'s I have to write) - Arguably one of my all time favourite cuisines. I feel very comfortable with the dishes offered. I think Japanese cuisine isn't often spicy but there are spicy dishes available if the customer desires as such. I think what I enjoy most from Japanese cuisine is the focus on seasonality and a deep desire to serve fresh food. Dishes more often than not focus on simplicity and minimalism to bring the seasonal ingredients as it's focal point. ------------ Indian Cuisine: I haven't tried too too much of this to form an opinion. I certainly will give this more of a shot in the future. But from my limited experience I like the Chicken Tikka Masala. My main concern is that I worry about authenticity, whether or not the dish has been altered to fit a wider audience/customer base. I also haven't been to India before which plays a part. --------------- Edit: woops my ramnbling went on so long that posts have come through American Cuisine - Haven't had this too too much. My limited experience say it's fine and is potentially over-hated by general consensus. I think Clam chowder is great for example.
