Best Serious arc
| I have to say Farewell Shinsengumi arc, i consider this and Shogun Assasination to be 10/10 but i slightly prefer FS arc more. After these 2 though, I'd say Four Devas arc |

| Okita Mitsuba, Shinsengumi Crisis, Yoshiwara in Flames, Thorny, Courtesan of a Nation, Shougun Assassination, Farewell Shinsengumi, and Rakuyou Decisive Battle are all great. |

| my favourite was the red spider arc for a very long time but then shogun assassination came along and blew me away. farewell shinsengumi immediately right after was a surprise as well but still think SAA is the best. |

| Shogun Asssassination and Farewell Shinsengumi for sure, I was glued to my screen all 17 episodes, it was an emotional rollercoaster. As for which one is better I'm still not fully sure, they were both masterpieces and among the best arcs ever made. |
| Yoshiwara in Flames because that's the one I remember pretty much everything that happened even now. Every other arc, I feel like my memory of them is a bit hazy. Thank God I'm rewatching the entire thing. |
