| 4 YEARS LATER AND WE ARE FINALLY THIS LEGENDARY STORY ONCE AGAIN is what I'd have said if I had watched this while it was airing. But still, damn that is quite the wait especially when the first season must've pass by like a flash with how fast-paced it was. And the pace doesn't seem to have changed here. Our scouts have barely caught a break and now titans are on their ass again, and hope is being lost once again as well as it APPEARS that wall Rose has been breached somehow despite their attempts in the battle of Trost which sealed the gate. And yes, the beast titan is here to f*ck sh*t up. But man, did Miche really have to go so soon, and in such a brutal way, having been grounded by the beast titan who took his maneuver gear? If only maybe he'd have dodged his own flying horse a little better, smh. Anyway, continuing my re-watch of the series, and am looking forward to seeing for myself again how this 2nd season stacks up against the first. Because honestly I just rated pretty much every season of AOT as a 7/10, since I made this MAL account quite a while after watching them, so I didn't really know how to rank and rate each. But now I can judge them properly again with this re-watch. Rated season 1 as a high-9/10, and hoping to rate season 2 just as much with at least a mid-9/10. |

| I thought it was at night when the titan's face was exposed from the wall? Shouldn't they have found out sooner? Hanji is so cool, she has leveled up her personality. She's strong too, she's probably as strong as Mikasa. I don't understand, with such strength, they look slim instead of the athlete or gymer type. As such, Class 104 still doesn't know Annie is a titan, hoping to see their reaction when they learn about Annie. Titans flood south of Wall Sina, so they must pass through Wall Rose. Why doesn't anyone know about that? Since the titan broke Wall Rose, has no one reported? I mean, the landowners at the top of the counties ought to know. And what about the inhabitants of Rose? Man... 11:23 I thought the titan was inside the wall? That hole is too wide. ok Mike's words, Eren's, Mikasa's, ok. wtf ok jim carrey titan Music, like always, awesome Come on, this couple makes me so tired. If Eren had a normal mentality, he would find it awkward that Mikasa kept that scarf all the time. Mike took down five titans by himself? damn Ok, the titan that was pinched by the orangutitan suddenly disappeared, then reappeared. Probably due to the lack of drawing by the artist. a horrible death... Interesting ending song. |

| The vibe of this episode is so amazing and traumatizing. The end is just so brutal and suddenly the ending theme song starts playing,makes it even more crazy. :o |
| Bro that ending got me messed up. First, we got a titan that can speak, and they're monkey. And then that last bit? BRO. that was not okay. Remind me of Otis' death in The Walking Dead. That was messed up And now we've got the Wallists entering the bigger picture. They're hiding something big Overall, great start to season 5! |

| The beast titan is very creepy, holy. He can communicate with the other titans somehow even though they always seem really unintelligent. Now normal titans are giving me more of a brainwashed feeling in the way they move as opposed to being more like zombies who are essentially completely braindead. They are a lot like zombies of course but titans funnily enough seem to have more humanity to them than your average zombie does. They can learn, although very slowly, and can even take in and understand speech if it's from the beast titan. And of course a lot of their heads look almost completely like a normal human's, just a little down the uncanny valley, along with a sort of daydreamy look on their faces. Funny how Eren looks less like a normal human in his titan form than the normal titans do. Anyways, the beast titan is also interesting in the fact he can actually talk completely normally in a titan form. It may be his only form and he may have been born like that. Very mysterious. Very unsettled by how the commander guy got torn apart at the end like it was an actual zombie horde. They usually just take big bites out of people but maybe because there was like 3 smaller titans trying to get him at once made it a lot more messy. |

| [Re-Watching] Absolute brutal start. The sheer shock Mike was going through hearing a Titan just casually talk to him. Also I love how we get some insight on the Beast Titan already, the fact he doesn't know anything about the devices or the swords they use tells us a lot. |
