| Was a good episode in general but im really feeling that they used AI a lot in this episode the frame rate feel so low though. in general i think season 1 was better than Season 2 until now |

| Yeah that was actually pretty fucking cool lol. I don't remember how but after watching the movie I was spoiled that Geto from the first season was not Geto from the movie. Still cool tho. I mean the Frankenstein like scar on his head does give somethin away. |

| Quite the wild episode, first off seeing Hanami die was very satisfying, the final boss of Season 1 is done just like that lol, at least I hope so and they don’t pull some bs. And Gojo is really doing all that he can without causing a mass slaughter to win this fight, he can’t save everyone but he’s trying to mitigate the losses at least and it’s very cool to see him do it, unfortunately it’s exactly what the enemy wanted and now he’s finally caught, upsetting to see but I figured something along these lines might happen the way things were going. Also wow, so this current Geto isn’t actually him? If it’s as the weird brain creature said, wow I wasn’t expecting that, not that it changes much but cool reveal lol. And all this time I’m thinking these poor folks who just wanted to enjoy Halloween lol, some got instant deaths and about a thousand people became gross monsters and got slaughtered, Jujutsu Kaisen is a shitty world to live in lol, the worst of all we saw that one girl that was leftover also got transmogrified and died, if Mahito ever bites the dust it will be very satisfying. And lastly, Yuji has now been informed about Gojo being captured, looking forward to seeing where this goes after the strongest fighter is currently down. Also not happy about the implications of what manga readers are saying without actually “spoiling” anything but it is what it is I suppose. |

For the anime-onlies that are probably going to ask, "when will we see Gojo again?" I'm gonna tell you right now, he'll have some short screentime next episode but we won't be seeing him again until probably season 4 😭 yea he's going away for a LONG time.
What a fantastic episode, feral Gojo is something I've been wanting to see for a while. He absolutely manhandled Hanami and they did justice to him vaporizing her before turning around with that menacing look saying "Next." Also the 0.2 second Unlimited Void sequence was incredible.
But the tables turned when "Geto" shows up with the Prison Realm. They're not strong enough to beat Gojo so the next best thing is to seal him away. Otherwise, we wouldn't have a Shibuya arc, right? Without being able to rely on Gojo to take care of things, everyone else is gonna have to step up.
What a week it's been for Gojo fans lol. What crazy timing that he gets sealed in the anime the same week where....well, I obviously can't say anything further but I feel like everyone and their mother knows that manga spoiler already. And given what just happened in the manga, the beginning part of the episode where everyone talks about Gojo being the strongest hits different 🥲

| A wonderful episode visually and story-wise, I know some people will have a fit about the dimming and such but it doesn't take away the fact that the animation was incredible. Now here's the big turning point where Gojo gets sealed away, and things are just going to keep getting even more interesting! |

| Pretty cool seeing Gojo use his domain expansion. Not cool seeing him get sealed tho. Guess he's out of commission for the foreseeable future. Also cool to see Yuuta again, even tho it was only a flashback. Wonder how everyone is gonna deal with Gojo being taken outta the picture. |

| Absolutely loved this episode, it was so fcking intense !! Animation was perfect too, Mappa is doing an amazing job for sure. In my opinion, this is the best episode of the season at the moment ^^ |

| I'll be honest, the reveal that Getou wasn't actually Getou, plummeted all interest I had in him as a villain. The show did a really good job of building him up over the last arcs/movies, just to drop that it's this weird brain spirit inside his body that's pulling all the strings. Now depending on what they do with it, it can still be interesting, but on a personal level, I just don't care about him as a villain anymore, so it's up to the show to prove me wrong and make him interesting. Getou and Mahito were the only interesting villains in this show (Sukuna I consider a background antagonist at the moment, not a true villain... yet.) So now I'm just left with Mahito. So glad Gojo got sealed up, I mean, it was supper obvious it was going to happen as soon as they talked about it last season. Gojo isn't too strong for the villains, he is too strong for the author. He knew he couldn't have an insta win button just hanging around forever, and I really enjoyed the way they chose to write him out of the story, it's better than just killing him, which is cliche, and it felt believable the way they managed to capture him. Now we get to see the rest of the cast shine, knowing they don't have their trump card anymore. My biggest hope for this season, I want to see more of Sukuna. I enjoyed season 1 tremendously, but my biggest disappointment was how little we saw of him in the back half of the show. Obviously, he is the endgame for the whole series, so not expecting anything Major plot wise with him for a while, but I still want to see him interact with Yuuji and the world a little bit more this season, then he did last season. |
| welp, the downfall begins slowly. funny seeing a gojo-focused episode considering the current events of the manga which almost everyone has been spoiled on lmao. was an alright episode, ngl there have been no banger episodes so far since the gojo's flashback arc. massacre this episode was crazy though, choso and the boys had their fun. |

| Banger episode, was really hooked this episode with the action and narrative. Pretty interesting to see how the bad guy's planned to seal "the strongest". Man it was good to see Gojo go ape shit, seeing him in action in s1 really hyped me to know what he'd be like going all out or try limit testing, and boy was it great to watch. He beat the shit out of Hanami and Jougo with "only basic cursed energy manipulation and martial arts" and exorcised Hanami in the fight all without using his domain expansion. His expression was great as well, you could very much see he was focused and pissed off in the fight, and wasn't going to let any of the cursed spirits walk out alive. So on top of doing a 2v1, in that very moment where the number of humans and cursed spirits were quickly raising and so the casualties as well, he played a hand of God and gambled that releasing his domain for 2/10ths of a second and delivering half a years worth of knowledge was enough to not kill any human but also stun everyone on the scene. NOT ONLY THAT, he then killed 1,000 cursed humanoids in 4.9 minutes, what an absolute fucking monster of a human. Honestly, although we haven't see Gojo really go all out a lot of times, i feel what he showed was such an amazing display of understanding of his own technique mechanics, skills and experience, and putting it all to use at that very moment. Second half was crazy, so the mastermind behind all this wasn't Getou but some guy (or cursed spirit) called Kenjaku controlling Getou's body. Gotta hand it to them, they played their cards pretty well against Gojo and even their own allies, seems like those "20 minutes of staling" weren't exactly true and they just needed Gojo to tire himself out mentally and physically. And what isn't risk without reward, he gambled that facing Gojo head on while using the appearance of Getou's body would confuse Gojo for a minute minimum for the seal to work, and it did. So Gojo is sealed, i'm hella interested to know where the plot goes now since this changes so much. Itadori no longer has Gojo's protection if Sukuna makes a move, or against the council, and it looks like we'll see Yuuta again which i'm excited about. |
