🎤 Was the group's music style to your taste? Or are you interested in another group? I'm not a fan of hip-hop/rap. I sometimes like it when songs contain a bit of hip-hop/rap but when it's not the central element. In general I like it when songs combine different styles. VISTY has a nice mix actually, so I enjoyed it quite a bit. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? While the hip-hop parts were not too bad here, I enjoyed the non hip-hop parts the most. Especially "Be my Star" had some really nice parts throughout the song. In general I liked how upbeat and fun the songs were. I also liked their voices a lot. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? All songs from VISTY were nice with "Be my Star" being my favorite here. I went through the playlists of all other groups and tried a few songs. Overall I feel like VISTY is still what I enjoy most going by the style they use in their songs. Most other songs had too much hip-hop/rap for me. "Road to Legend" by Buraikan was quite interesting though. I think that might be my second pick for a group. S∀G∀ by 1Nm8 was also interesting. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? All character designs are quite good and creative. VISTY I like a lot because they're so colorful, it just feels fresh and happy and fun. AMPRULE has two interesting characters. Just going by character design alone my absolute favorite group is Buraikan though. Those two are just <3 🎤 After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? 🎤 Was the group's music style to your taste? Or are you interested in another group? I do like cozmez songs in general, but they often sound a little... angsty? I'm not sure. Depending on my mood, I'd rather listen to more upbeat songs. Though I don't have an official favorite team, I get happy whenever there's a new Akanyatsura song. BAE songs also stick in my head very easily, and I have a friend who also loves them so I guess I listen to them quite often. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? It was a funny result, since this was my favorite song of all in the first wave of starting songs. It's very addictive, and I think both voices blend very well. I remember listening to it on repeat for a while, so I was happy with the result. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? A friend then showed me 獄Luck and I prefered the 2 songs I tried from them. I really enjoyed the song, I was a little bit worried I wouldn't enjoy what ever I would get after seeing the genres of music in one of the questions. As I listen to metal,metalcore, punk or goth music normaly and having to pick Rock music as the closed genre to those had me worried I wouldn't like the result. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I really enjoyed the heavy aspects of the song and the contrast of the aggresive singing of one of them and the smoother sounding singing of the others. 🎤 If the music wasn't to your taste, what did you think about the group? When I met PARALIVE for the first time, the group I was most interested in at first was BAE, but as time went by, getting to know the characters better, I fell in love with KANATA (TODAY I AM VERY STAN OF THIS BABY), Cozmez and today together with BAE is one of my favorite groups. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I think that being the opening song of Cozmez has that responsibility to attract people, and I can say with absolute certainty that it fully fulfills the requirements. It is their first song so because of that has the weight to be very meaningful and it is a song that envelops you and at the same time leaves your heart light, with light beats and a mesmerizing rap, it is in my opinion one of the best of the duo. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? Absolutely yes, PARALIVE has many addictive and well-recorded songs. The characters are extremely charismatic and the right choice in the Seiyuus makes everything much better. The raps, the beats, the lyrics with special meanings, there's nobody who doesn't listen and doesn't like it. The singing style reminds me of K-pop boy bands (which I suppose the group basically is one) which I don't really like listening to. The instrumental wasn't bad, though. I tried the quiz a few times to see if I could get something without rap, but I'm pretty sure rap is a mainstay for this sort of multimedia project/type of musical group. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? Endless Dream by VISTY isn't bad. As I guessed, most of the songs seem to have the K-pop/Japanese male idol group style rap over traditional singing and follow similar formulas to those groups, which I don't like. However, I can still appreciate the other parts of the song besides the verses (and sometimes just the vocals as a whole). I liked the beginning of the song in particular, and the chorus was catchy. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? I'm not a fan of the character's designs either. I'm trying to get into more male idol groups, but a lot of them sadly don't meet my expectations. No fake personas or weird forced singing voices to match the character they are trying to portray. The song was surprisingly good and beat my expectations. I added it to my playlist. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I liked the upbeat rhythm and the techno elements in the chorus. The characters' voices were also nice and pleasant to listen to, especially Itsuki's. I could see myself listening to this while working, driving, or just wanting to turn my brain off for a bit. The visuals were also cool and interesting to watch. I really like the chill color palette. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? I think this is my favorite song out of their three, but I also really like SAGA. I could see myself adding this to some of my playlists, too. Like Break Outta Here, I like the techno elements and the rhythm of the chorus. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? I love them! While I haven’t heard many Paradox Live songs and mv’s, I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the song “BaNG!!” by BAE. The opening sequence was super catchy, and the overall vibe of the music in the back was really chill, which I enjoyed. I liked how the lyrics were repetitive and it was easy to catch onto, and really got in your head once the first half passed. I also thought it was super cool how it alternated between Japanese, Korean, and English! I do Like watching MV’s of songs and listening to such music, so after I finished watching it, I went to try the test again, as well as look at some of the other songs. After looking through them, the group 1Nm8 caught my eye. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? After listening to various songs from Paradox Live, I thought “Break Outta Here” was definitely the most catchy for me. While I did enjoy the way “Bang!!” automatically hooks you, as well as the way “BURAIKAN is Back” had such a cool dark tone that instantly got me to love it, the catchiness of “Break Outta Here” really got to me, and the upbeat tune made me super happy. I love the buildup to the chorus and how it starts ramping up, and I thought it was awesome how the song stayed chill through it. I think they were all equally good in terms of hooking the audience like me into getting into Paradox Live, and all has such good instrumental tunes that fit the vibe and voice of singers! 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? I think that all of the group’s character designs were amazing. I especially liked the designs for 武雷管 in “BURAIKAN is back” which is why I initially watched the MV. I liked the gangster look with the gold and black, and the dark tones for it that made bright colors pop out. I think it really enhanced the song itself. The same is for other designs and visuals, such as for AMPRULE with their amazing character designs and color scheme of dark colors similar to 武雷管, and 1Nm8 with their bright colors for their designs that emphasized the tone of their song. 🎤 After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? On my second try on the quiz, I got the song “Break Outta Here” and I think I preferred that one over “Bang!!” even though both were equally as good. I dont normally listen to Japanese sogns, I used to listen to a lot of Korean music but I turned quite basic the past few years, I mostly indulge in Post Malone's songs so I wasn't expecting much but I'm suprised I quite enjoyed the song I listened to, I'm not sure what my taste in music is exactly but if the songs catchy then I'll like it and Break Outta Here is pretty catchy, very upbeat and has rap and singing. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I liked the melody, it's very upbeat and it has a nice bright vibe about it. The song wasn't exactly lyrical but I feel like for this type of music the beat comes first and it was very catchy. It's something that is radio worthy and a lot of people can enjoy. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? The characters are designed very well and the team's profile on the website too looks very nice. I took a look at the other teams designs too and from the banner I see a lot of personality and difference just from that alone. 1Nm8 would definitely be my team of choice in terms of their outfit and design. Those pastel, more calming colours is what I prefer and my colour palette of choice. |

I didn't like all of their songs, but most of them had a certain vibe that I liked. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? The individual rap parts, although not all of them, just appealed to me more compared to the other groups. I also liked most of their hooks. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? After going through each song of the playlist to at least check the vibe of all songs, I can say that only the recommended group came close to my taste, but: 🎤 After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? As for my second result, that was actually the only additional track from the playlist that I had something left for. However, I don't like how much the individual parts differ from each other as it makes the song "less round" in my opinion, which is why I definitely prefer the first result I got. I didn't want to deviate much from my original answers because I don't think that would make any sense, so I only changed them slightly which meant that the third time I did the quiz, I got the same result as the first time. |

So I went ahead and retook the test, and I got "1Nm8 - Break Outta Here" which I liked a lot more, but it still isn't for me. I usually don't like idol anime's or game's music, I watch it for the story and characters, but these sounded quite good, so I thought I'll look around a bit more. I ended up listening to all the newer songs, I think I listened to every group, so that I can pick a favorite. 🎤 If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? Yes, after not really liking the first few, I found some I liked: cozmez - Trust Nobody & The Cat’s Whiskers - No Matter What & AMPRULE - Nobody But Me and an absolute favorite: Goku Luck Trigger. I loved Trigger by Goku Luck, it's amazing! I added it to my playlist, I'll be listening to it in the next few weeks, haha. 🎤 After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? I absolutely prefer Goku Luck. They all seem interesting tho, but Goku Luck seems just different. I don't really know much about the groups as this is my first time hearing about them outside of the anime announcement. I'm loving all the Goku Luck songs after listening to them, I could not pick a favorite one. The visuals are also very good and creative, but that can be said about all groups, the video's are absolutely beautiful to all songs. 🎤 Any other comments? A bit too techno for my liking. The amount of English words used were also more than what I hoped for. That itself would make me lose interest in the song, but it grew on me as the song progressed. I don't listen to these kinds of music, so it was a fun change of pace. 🎤 If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? The overall tone was my favorite part of the song. They also have really catchy choruses, and I can see myself listening to them again. I enjoyed the song Why do you like me?? / Beauty & Beast , since I am a fan of 96neko on vocals. 🎤 What do you think about the group's character designs? The group seems pretty interesting with three international private uni students of different ethnicities (Japanese, Korean, and English-Japanese Hafu). The group wears super fashionable/stylish outfits, which is fitting for the vibe of their music mixing hip hop / rap elements. In particular, I like Yeon's jacket and belt. I can also relate to Yeon's weakness of bugs, I personally cannot deal with bugs myself. Regarding Anne, I am a fan of her CV: 96neko and I like how her background of having a strict upbringing pushes her to want to express herself through music. What I am annoyed about with Anne's design is her weakness of being "fatally bad" at cooking, which just is not realistic at all. Anyone who follows recipe / basic cooking instructions realistically will not create anything that is "fatally bad", and I feel like this trope is overused. 🎤 Any other comments? For character designs (emphasis on the art), the group I liked the most was cozmez, albeit not being a fan of their music. |
