| I found it interesting that it has been 4 years in the story canonically and 4 years since season 1 aired. |

| Canute has become a very menacing man. Also, don't know why but Thorfinn's fight kinda remind me of Homer Simpson VS Drederick Tatum. |
| Canute's VA has been outstanding in all scenes of this season, but in this particular episode, he's on a whole different level. The way he put so much weight into his speech is so good, it did really affect me. Also, Thorffin wasn't really convincing for during the debate despite being the righteous one. I expected more from him to counterargue Canute. Nonetheless, this is the second-best episode of the whole series no doubt. Thank you Mappa! |

"I have no enemies", what Thorfinn says is simplistic and the most obvious thing. Yet as this comment section proves some people just don't want to see it that way, and Canute represents that. |

His previous quote that stood out to me in this episode, "Committing sins as we wander lost is precise what humans do," is a statement about the human condition. It acknowledges that we are all flawed creatures who make mistakes, and that we are all on a journey of self-discovery. Canute himself is a complex character who struggles with his own inner demons, and he ultimately comes to realize that the only way to find peace is to forgive himself and others. The quote can be interpreted in a number of ways. On one level, it is a simple statement of fact. Humans are not perfect, and we all make mistakes. We may sin against others, or we may sin against ourselves. But these sins do not define us. We are all capable of redemption, and we can all find peace if we are willing to forgive ourselves and others. On a deeper level, the quote can be seen as a commentary on the nature of reality. Canute suggests that we are all wandering through a world that is fundamentally flawed. We are all lost, and we are all searching for something. This season is pure PEAK! 10/10 season, I just love everything about it. I am sad that it will end in 2 weeks, but I will patiently wait for season 3. Thorffin is such a chad mc. |
