| If you disregard the fact that Eminence in Shadow is an isekai and the fact that the MC is a Chuni then I'd suggest Spy x Family because it technically checks off your 'anime with a shadow/ghost organization with a calm MC'. So yeah. |

| Try Darker than Black & Code Geass. Maybe the R.O.D. OVA. Yomiko’s not really calm, but does seem pretty mild mannered, but can be badass when the situation calls for it.  There’s also a tv series, but she’s not really involved there till the halfway point. Princess Principal might work too. |
