Arcane: League of Legends has lesbian characters, though I'm not far into it.

Any good lesbian anime?

+1 Asagao to Kase-san (Morning Glory and Kase-san)
+1 Yagate Kimi ni Naru (Bloom Into You)

I'd start with those two and if you want more yuri feels then keep going with these:

Slice-of-life/relationship drama:

Maria-sama ga Miteru with handy chart.
Aoi Hana
Strawberry Panic
Oniisama e
Shoujo Kakumei Utena
Adachi to Shimamura

More comedic:

Sasameki Koto
Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san

With action/sci-fi/magic/mystery:

Simoun with handy chart.
Blue Drop: Tenshi-tachi no Gikyoku
El Cazador de la Bruja
Mai-HiME
Mnemosyne: Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi
Akuma no Riddle

Misc:

Although you watch the Hibike! Euphonium franchise for the music & high school band drama, it has some not-to-miss moments featuring supporting characters Mizore & Nozomi in S2. These characters also get their own side-story movie called Liz to Aoi Tori which is a must watch for platonic yuri feels (after watching Hibike! Euphonium & Hibike! Euphonium 2 of course). And of course there're the yuri baiting moments between Kumiko & Reina throughout the series.

Kanamewo -- A very intense Short.
Saki -- Lots of hinted yuri couples.
Strike Witches -- If ecchi & fanservice is ok for you then this has plenty of yuri tease couples. Lots of combat & great OST, too.

Bloom Into You is generally regarded as the best manga. There is an anime adaptation but it’s incomplete and it’s kinda up in the air whether it’ll ever get a season 2.

Revolutionary Girl Utena is fantastic, but it places little focus on the romance between characters and instead focuses on how their lives are affected by heteronormativity and gender roles. It’s quite a long anime too at around 40 episodes and needs to be viewed in its entirety for the purpose of the beginning half to make sense. Without the context of it’s entire running the first half can be interpreted as reinforcing heteronormativity and gender roles, when it’s actually setting up the stage for a powerful deconstruction and critique. Needless to say it’s a bit of a commitment, but a truly rewarding one at that.

Oniisama e...

The production quality is very good for its age and the characters are very realistic

Adachi and Shimamura If we're talking about love stories, Adachi and Shimamura is one of the most classic ones. Literally. Forget action and fantasy, drama or sexual innuendos. As the most known tales often go, the show is the slow discovery of love between two friends who spend all their time together
