That's the reason a second season was never made. commonxreaction said: I'm not sure if I'd even be interested in checking out the manga at this point either. You should check out the light novel. The manga only has 11 chapters and adapts the 7 first episodes. |

| Well....., didn't expect that, I thought they were going to fight Bernhardt so it was an ok ending. I'm gonna give it an 8 just because Kazuma is a cool MC that you rarely see in an anime. |

| I've been trying to watch this show for years and I finally got the opportunity to watch it. The first few episodes were dry and confusing but it was worth the effort and became an exciting, entertaining series. I'm not sure why the Japanese want their male heroes to be so damn stoic. A little affection from Kazume toward Ayano would have bumped this series up in my estimation... that and what happened to his blue eyes? This was supposed to be the symbol of the the contract with the wind god. I spent the last several episodes wondering if the contract was canceled. Even at the very end when he returned to normal his eyes were the same as Ayano's eyes. This anime has almost all of it. There's plenty of action, excitement, magic, martial arts, humor, panty shots and a bit of fan service here and there. There's even an onsen episode. Unfortunately there's no confession scene or actual first kiss scene which would have improved the story line. Eight stars out of ten. |
| Kinda sad that it ends in a "to be continued" way even though they got rid of the main opponent but S2 sadly never happened :/ I think the 1st half of the show was much better than the 2nd half |
