| For a single entry it's got to be Naruto: Shippuuden and its 500 episodes, although I might have went over that number when I used to watch One Piece, but not by much if it's the case. But since some are counting entire franchises, then it's certainly Pokémon, which I watched up to Black & White, which is also the best generation for anyone wondering. |

| I'm not into long-running anime either, and my longest is also hunter x hunter It's not exactly my place to say this since I've never gotten into longer shounen like naruto, bleach, one piece, gintama, etc., but I dare say that HxH is the best "bang for your buck" of the longer-running anime, for lack of a better term. What I mean is I think its content is saturated for its runtime compared to others such as Naruto, which of course has its own fair share of high moments, but you also get quite an excessive amount of filler to go with it apparently. If all other shounen were slimmed down to what really matters, perhaps they'd be around the same length of hunter x hunter as well; just a speculation. It makes sense for someone growing up with anime like Naruto to love it, but for me, to get into something spanning hundreds of episodes now is just too much. For such a large of amount of time that would have to be dedicated, I don't think the returns would be sufficient. Or maybe I'm missing out on what potentially could be my favourite anime of all time. Who knows But anyway yeah HxH is the longest single anime I've watched (if you count seasons into the mix, I think MHA comes kind of close), with FMAB and Twin Star Exorcists being the next two longest. |

| Naruto (series) as it is 720 episodes + 220 of boruto which I've already seen so far. (Including all the fillers etc.). I am not sure if I've seen all of specials as so far I know I've seen Rock Lee Chibi and few movies, so it would be slightly more than 940 episodes. |

| Far as an anime I actually completed, that would be the Yu-gi-oh: Duel Monsters anime at 224 episodes. Longest I seen but never completed? Dragon Ball Z. Never completed the series because the edited version I seen of it years ago had apparently edited out entire episodes of the series and unlike years earlier, I don't have the time and patience to watch through that long a series nowadays. |

| Urusei Yatsura at 195 episodes (without OVAs and movies for now), considering series where i know for sure i watched every single one of them, otherwise it would be Dragon Ball Z. Ranma 1/2 comes immediately after at 161 but in this case i watched every OVA and movie. In the future Gintama will probably surpass Urusei Yatsura, even if for now i just barely got beyond the first half of the first season. |
