I think that I am finally starting to accept the voice acting of the new Kogorou. He sounded more the part this episode, although he is still missing the edge in his voice that the old voice actor had.

One thing about this episode - if a modern Japanese car ran into a late 50s Caddi as was shown in the episode, the Caddi would have been pretty much okay and the Japanese car would have been scrap metal, bumper guard or not. Those old beasts contained real steel, not plastic. <LOL>

It shameful to say I almost forgotten that his VA had changed until he got darted. Do not know much about cars but this accident smell fishy from the get go. If that intersection has so many accidents they should put traffic lights then not a camera for crying out loud!

Cliche to the max. Revenge motive(bonus for someone in his family dying), smiling after he realized he got away with it, even though they didn't have any evidence confessing, and Okino Youko was mentioned.

I really wish they started some quality control on these filler episodes. Can the people who worked on this episode honestly say they're proud of this episode? This one was so painfully generic I didn't even bother trying to figure out the details of the case on my own.

This episode also provides yet another example of Conan's bullshit character design. Why the hell is he always so suspicious that some horrible crime has been committed with even examining first the situation? It'd be different if we're given a good explanation as to why he holds these suspicions but too often it's pulled right out of his ass and highly unconvincing. Are people in the DC universe really so rotten that every 'accident' or 'suicide' HAS to be a murder in disguise? It's funny how the 'incompetent' Kogoro and Megure are always portrayed as retards for assuming it's a suicide or whatever even though it's the correct way to handle things until new information arises. But superhuman Conan immediately sniffs out the truth of the case so these bumbling, retarded cops can manhandle the criminals, cause that's all they're good for right?
This community is terrible.

Kind of a boring filler episode. The previous filler episodes were slightly more interesting.
