| If I'm not mistaken, studio bind was created solely for the purpose of adapting mushoku tensei, we're probably not going to have to wait very long; no more than a year. My guess is summer 2022, perhaps even spring if they keep firing on all cylinders. Edit: Now I'm no expert of all things behind the scenes, but I just wanted to add that if Mappa, who definitely have their hands full at the moment, will be able to (fingers crossed) pump out the 2nd part to the final season of freaking attack on titan in the span of one year (first part aired winter 2021, second part scheduled for winter 2022), then I'm quite sure studio bind, who are solely focused on mushoku tensei, can get the second season out, in a year or less. Sorry that was a really long and bad run-on sentence. But that's why my guess is summer 2022, perhaps a full year would be more realistic which would be fall 2022, but I have confidence that if they face no complications, they can do it in under a year. |

| My guess is Fall 2022-Spring 2023 period if Studio Bind really is committed to future seasons for this series and already made the basic preparations for that to go ahead past this one quickly, one of those three seasons involved for the start of s2, and it should honestly go for a full 2-cour run rather than a split cour. That portion's a lot slower than the first season and needs a more continuous flow to make the season feel a lot more rewarding as a whole imo than with the split cour approach this one took. I do think though that there'll be a season 2 announcement immediately after this season's over though. |
| It's not confirmed, but based on all the data about this project, probably the hiatus will be similar to works like MHA: a non-stop production but with necessary interval between releases. Or 2 seasons per year. Next season is going to be announced for summer or, if late, fall of 2022. I wish Re:Zero could have the same treatment. |

Given how Studio Bind was created for this series and the author wanted this to be a proper adaptation, Summer 2024 would be too far. The show's been in production as a whole for quite some time now and there were even delays with the first 2 cours airing since season 1 part 1 was supposed to air in 2020, and then this cour was supposed to air in Summer too. I think there'll be more than enough time for them to do work, to have season 2 start airing in a year from now or maybe a year and a half at its max. Still many episodes to go with this series so 2024 would be too far to keep that momentum going. |

| If the Rumors are true that they where already making season 2 while making part 2 of season 1 then I think Summer 2022 is realistic(Spring would be a bit unrealistic given the quality of Animation we are talking here). Given this show has It's own exclusive studio though I think It's completely fair to expect season 2 to air before 2023 though, this show has alot of money behind it and I expect the Waifu Figures, LN and Manga to fly off the shelf with new Fans, Given this is much higher quality story then Slime for example, I get early GoT vibes with this story(before it was ruined when they rushed the story and then made it up as it went past the books, This story is finished however and shouldn't have that problem). |
