This part had a bunch of funny scenes , 2 identical Rocks , the car stand in Pakistan apologising , cherry with kakyoin , polnareff becomes a kid , Jotaro hiding in a manhole waiting for dio , Avdol and Joseph magnets , Joseph almost dying on an escalator , Dio reborn in Joseph's body , all the memes that are too many to list , Dio carrying polanreff down the stairs rather than killing him , Monke stand , Joseph trying to ride a camel and so on.

There certainly is a lot of comedy scenes in this anime, but I think as a whole the comedy aspects are more of a side thing than a main focus

Comedy in JoJo is subtle it's not like other Shounen where the Characters Artstyle changes
JoJo is always Unique even during those scenes JoJo managed to keep the atmosphere as serious as possible

I personally don't think any JoJo part has enough "funny" scenes to count as "comedy" (apart from maybe Battle Tendency). Honestly, though, since MAL tags basically every series with occasional jokes as "comedy", I'm surprised Stardust Crusaders doesn't have the tag

But meanwhile I'm waiting for them to tag all the seasons as horror. Especially season 1
