Unless there was a shitload of skipped content, which is not the case. I don't care about SAO author. He has is own demons to deal with. 2nd, adaptation is still an adaptation, which is supposed to advertise the source material and it is already presented the general premise of their series and what we can expect from it. Which is next to nothing. |

| Lol my friend just sent me a reddit meme about this anime and him being Kirito. Hilarious. Wanted to see what the MAL forums had to say. Honestly, not sure why people watch this generic Isekai stuff anymore. Couldn't get past the first sentence of the synopsis. I take MAL scores with a huge grain of salt these days. |

 In most cases, the MAL Average Scores don't mean anything, here is a question: were the works made before 2000 all shit? Why are they so damn scarce in the Top 50? Think about how MAL is quite literally a filtered amount of the Anime fanbase. Here's a timeline of the Top 15 in which you can check that, almost always, the scores are affected by the freshness, popularity and other factors that have nothing to do with quality. |
