Do you think Miura left something ready for the next chapter?

I hope they share it to the fans.

Would be too sad if Berserk just end without any kind of farewell from Miura's editors.

I think it will get along with the last volume made by Miura.

It would be too much audacious to the editors to finish the manga for their own.

Maybe those drawings will be a little extra to the last volume like a sad and unbelivevable "sayonara."

I hope Miura drew out the next few chapters in order to achieve closure in regards to Casca/ Guts/ Moonlight Boy. I don't even care if it's a cheesy reunion of an ending, as a writer, I wouldn't feel right without closing up those threads before I died. But I wouldn't hold it against him if he couldn't.
