Is it worth watching HxH and what episodes can I take breaks in between the episodes (NO SPOILERS PLEASE)

So I have been wanting to watch this show for quite some time now but I have been scared of watching it because of the episode count. So I wondered if it was worth watching it and if so can I take breaks between some episodes. (AGAIN NO SPOILERS PLEASE)

It is really worth watching (well since i consider it the best anime ever yet from what i watched)

And if by breaks you mean skipping episodes then no you cant, it isnt a filler shitstorm like naruto

i don't think you will need to take any breaks bro, this is the only anime that while i was watching i was scared of reaching the end of it bcz i was enjoying it so damn much

just watch and if you wanna take a break for some reason just wait for the ark to end and take a break

It is definitely worth watching and you can take breaks between pretty much any arch, most episodes aren’t like you have to watch the next ones though just take breaks as you see fit

Is the arcs kinda like one piece where a couple of episodes are one story and when the arc is over it goes over to a new arc with a new story?

not really it’s more of each season is a different arc, and it still talks abt the other arcs quite a bit but like it will move from one problem to another like any other anime’s if that makes since. It’s definitely worth watching I love hxh so much.

Start the anime and you will notice that you don’t need to take any breaks because every episode is great

This show is VERY MUCH worth watching, and I recommend taking a break after episode 75, because episode 76-136 is the longest (and best) arc of the show. I wouldn’t personally take breaks during the arc

You should probably finish up to chimera ant arc without taking breaks because chimera ant arc is the longest arc. Also there are no filler episodes except for the 2 recap episodes at the beginning of the series. But, in my opinion it's one of the best shounen anime and that everyone should watch it.

Hunterxhunter is absolutely worth watching. It has one of the greatest arc in all of anime. I highly recommend it.

Greed Island eps 59-75
Chimera Ant eps 76-136
Election eps 137-148

These are the arcs, you can take breaks in between these. It is probably one of the best animes I've ever seen it is 110% worth watching you will not regret it.

you can take breaks there’s a recap of the previous episode at the start of every episode

It is completely worth watching this show. I finished this show alot quicker than I thought but I loved this show so much.


When you say breaks if you mean like not watching it for awhile than that's fine but if you mean skipping episodes that's not a good idea cuz you'll probably miss something in that episode and be lost later on.

I meant that it has 9+ ratings so obviously majority are gonna say yes but I do agree that ratings doesn't define the quality of an anime.

Truth be told the show needs more episode lol
Its worth the watch, but be sure to read the manga as well because we know we arent getting that next season 😭

You should stop at Chimera ant arc. It's the worst arc ever created and it takes all of the last half of the show.

I’m assuming by breaks he means arcs, given there’s no seasons.

There are no fillers and when you reach the end, you will wish for more episodes

Don't give up because Chimera Ant Arc (5th arc) is the best one, then Yorknew (3rd), Greed Island (4th) Heavens Arena (2nd), Hunter Exam (1st) and the Election (6th)

"filler shitstorm" i get it naruto has so much filler for no reason, but it doesnt have to be a filler shitstorm to have filler, hxh does have filler but a very very small amount maybe 2-3 episodes but besides that no filler. Also what i think they meant by breaks is probably in between arcs stop watching for a while or a little, yes id say you can in between arcs but the anime is gokd enough you wont want to take a break.

it is super worth it!! if you would like to take breaks, i would suggest taking a break per arc so you wouldn't like miss smth or u're like very curious abt what would happen next!! :))

Definitely worth if you like shounen animes ! Also there are no fillers except two recap episodes. And.... One more thing ! Chimera Ant Arc is lil boring at starting but it will start getting good after 90th episode ! So good luck !

I’d say you can take breaks in between the seasons or right before the last episode of a season because there are recap episode(s)

It doesn't have much filler, maybe a few recap episodes you can skip and that's all.

there is a arc named "zoldic family arc" and it is between hunter exam arc and heavens arena arc.

Yes, it is worth watching. Some people find first few eps slow but i liked those eps. You can take brake at the end of any arc.

it has only two recap episodes you can skip if you want and if you wanna take a break stop after "greed island arc" because the next arc is the biggest arc in the series and it is one of the greatest arc too. There won't be any continuity problems in between these arcs.

In my opinion, this anime is the best anime ever, if not, one of the best,i recommend you to watch every episode and not skip any as their isnt really any episode to skip, trust me bro, at the beginning it can be seen as a bit disapointing, but as you carry on watching it will fill your heart with interest and excitment

No, garbage x garbage is definitely not worth watching. Chimera Ant arc is extremely overrated, Yorknew is average at best and the rest sucks.

I finished watching a couple days ago, it was definitely worth it, one of the best anime I've ever seen. You can take a break before and after the greed island arc (before because it's my least fav arc, and after because chimera ant arc is long as hell)

It is definitely worth watching if you start watching I'd recommend you watch the first episode of the 1999 version or read the first manga chaoter because that episode is not well adapted they skip major things that set yo the protagonist and one cañharacter that originally is resented on episode 1, isn't in the 2011 version, and this character is a major character to the plot in one of the arcs. The first arc may not be the best and it was not adapted very well into the anime.bit it is not bad either. And from there on everything is so good, still Mt favorite anime to this day. Note: the series isn't finish and is currently on hiatus, it's been this way since 2018. Currently the manga is ahead of the anime by o ly 50 manga chapters, and the current qrc is probably the best one so far.

You can definitely take breaks between episodes. I remember taking a good sized break after a few episodes of the beginning of the Chimera Ant arc. It’s a easy show to hop back into.

i was kinda bored in the start of hxh but it gets very good the first episodes of the last arcs were also boring but if you just ignore that hxh is great also it has very little fillers only two

Definitely watch it, I still haven’t seen an anime that had me feeling the same way as this one did and it’s been about a year now. Take a break before the chimera ant arc at episode 76!

Yes I is worth watching HxH, some episodes can be quite boring but the story and transitions between arcs is beautiful. You can really take breaks between any episodes but I recommend binge watching at least the start of the anime☺️
