Where can I ask questions about a specific anime?

I have questions about contents on a specific anime but I'm not too sure where to post it. Anime Discussions are usually non-anime specific and Series Discussion seems like a place for a more broad or general idea of a specific anime and isn't really a specific topic. My question would contain spoilers through the mentioning of content of anime. Where could I post these questions? (Maybe there isn't anywhere?)

You can post it to "Series Discussion" board with [Spoiler] prefix tag in the title. Just be careful to not put spoiler in the title and you are good to go.

For example:
Title: [Spoiler] Question about X
Q: Does X really died after Y?

I'm trying to find this romance manga

I don't remember the whole plot.the mc is a highschooler who has a girlfriend with blonde hair(maybe a tsundere) The mc is good at talking and motivating people. He doesn't know what to do after graduation. Some of his friends tell him that being a P.E teacher suits him. So he studies to be one. His girlfriend moves overseas to work as a model i think. After years they reunite at the school he is teaching

So, I saw this anime clip; I don't remember where or the anime name; and I want to find out which one it was.
Here's a discription about it
There was a little girl in the bed, who wanted to skip school for a day and so, she was trying to think for an excuse. She then called her three care takers or assisstants to think of an excuse.
They all were giving her normal or silly excuses again and again; and at last she decided on going to school anyways

It seemed an old anime of before 2013
